1. Gitter 와 Matrix 를 네이티브하게 연결 (기존 브리지 대체)
2. 장기적으로 Gitter 의 주요 기능(실시간 채팅룸 살펴보기, 대화방 디렉토리 등) 을 Element 에 도입하고 합병
3. Gitter 앱은 Gitter 전용 Element 앱으로 교체
4. 즉, Gitter 는 Matrix Client 가 될 것
