GitHub 에 개인 Profile 작성하기

- 자신의 GitHub 페이지를 개인 Profile 로 변경 하는법
- GitHub ID/ID 로 신규 Repo 를 만들고, Readme.md 에 자신의 프로필 내용을 적으면 끝
- 이미지 및 외부 링크 가능
- 아직 개발중이여서 전체에 열리지는 않았다고
