몬타나주는 내년 1월부터 틱톡을 금지하는 법안이 통과되어서, 앱스토어/플레이 등에서 다운로드가 비활성화 되어야 합니다. 누군가 틱톡을 다운 받으면 사용자는 벌금을 내지 않지만, 앱스토어/틱톡에 매일 1만달러(1300만원)의 벌금이 부과됩니다.   
  
물론 틱톡은 이에 대해서 소송을 제기했습니다.
