한국 리전에서 생성하는게 너무 오래걸려서 그냥 유료로 했습니다. 왠지는 모르겠는디 월 100원 미만 금액이 발생합니다. 백업때문인가 싶네요.

물리적으로 서버 몇대 프리티어용으로 할당해놓고 증설 안하고 있어서 사용자가 늘어날수록 손해가 커지는 구조는 아닌거 같습니다.

저렇게 웹서버 정도만 덩그러니 띄워두고 쓰시면 미사용 서버라는 소리하면서 싹 정리해버리니까  
백그라운드에 CPU 사용률 못해도 50%는 사용될 수 있도록 뭔가를 돌려두세요
