- 레딧의 공식앱은 품질이 좋지않고, 접근성 지원도 미비   
- 약 9000개의 서브레딧이 약 48시간 비공개로 전환하여 접근을 막는 시위를 했음  
- 그래도 레딧이 침묵으로 일관하자, 대규모 멤버를 가진 300개 이상의 서브레딧들이 아예 무기한 비공개 전환에 돌입   
  - /r/aww 3400만명, /r/music 3200만명, /r/videos 2600만명, /r/futurology 18000만명   
- 레딧의 CEO는 이 블랙아웃이 "수익에는 중대한 영향이 없다"며, 곧 지나갈 것이니 자신들은 정면으로 돌파할 것이라고 시사   
- 이에 더 많은 서브 레딧의 무기한 비공개 전환을 촉구중

이대로 가다가 레딧에서 서브레딧 관리자들의 비공개 전환 권한을 없애버리는건 아니겠죠?

나름의 이유가 있겠죠. 유저들의 모든 요구사항을 충족시키기보다는 레딧만의 철학대로 운영하길 바랍니다

레딧 블랙아웃으로 인해 많은 구글 검색 결과들이 안 보이게 되는 중인데요.   
단기간 적으로는 영향이 없다고 해도, 장기간 이어지면 분명이 안좋을텐데..
