"이 사람과 함께라면 뭘 해도 재미있겠다, 성공하겠다"라는 생각이 들면, 그 사람이 창업한다고 할 때 따라갈 것 같습니다.

합류 결정한 이유: 내 맘대로 할 수 있을 거다.  
이탈 결정한 이유: 내 맘대로 할 수 없었다.  
  
본인의 성향에 따라 다르겠지만 위와 같은 이유라면 합류하는 게 아니라 최소한 본인이 회사를 만들어야 합니다.
