## Topic Body

- 트위터(잭 도시)가 발표하고 펀딩했던 개방형/분산형 소셜 미디어 프로젝트   
  - 처음에 내세운 최종 목표는 "트위터가 이 표준의 클라이언트가 되는 것"  
- 초대 기반 프라이빗 베타 진행중(Waitlist 등록가능)  
- 2019년에 시작했고, 2022년에 Bluesky PBLLC(Public Benefit LLC, 공익유한회사)를 설립   
- Federated 아키텍처로 된 Authenticated Transfer Protocol(ATP) 을 개발하여 사용   
  - 모든 사용자가 도메인 네임을 핸들로 이용(자신이 소유한 도메인 명을 아이디로 이용)  
  - 사용자 데이터가 든 Repo를 HTTPS+XRPC 로 동기화해서 Federation으로 동작   
  - Lexicon 스키마 문서 포맷을 이용

네 컨셉은 비슷합니다. 프로토콜이 전혀 달라서 호환은 안되고요.  
https://atproto.com/guides/faq 에 보면 ActivityPub 을 안 쓴 이유가 설명되어 있습니다
