  - 고객의 채팅/이메일 질문에 대해 Contextual한 대답 초안을 작성해줌   
  - 아웃룩에 팀 미팅 요약 생성   
- 기존 Dynamics 365 라이선스에 추가 비용없이 포함 될 것   
  - 3월 6일부터 프리뷰 시작. 차후에 GA 예정
