일각에선 Sim Swapping을 근거로 인증 앱을 사용하는 것이 더 안전하다면서 지지하고 있는데, 계정 보안과 직결되는 기능에 문제가 있다면 돈으로 차별을 두지 않고 아예 빼버리는게 맞지 않을까 싶네요.

이에 대해서 유명 유튜버 MKBHD(Marques Brownlee)가   
"#룰1: 원래 공짜로 제공하던 거에 비용을 부과하지 말 것" 이라고 트윗을 했는데,  
일런 머스크가 "가짜 2FA SMS 때문에 트위터가  전화회사에 매년 $60M(700억)씩 내고 있다" 라고 답변을 했네요.

그냥 SMS 인증은 아예 없애지 왜 이렇게 차별을 둬서 논란을 만드나 생각이 ㅡ.ㅡ;;  
저도 SMS 인증 사용중이었는데 바꿔놨네요.
