다른쪽에 있던 답변 옮겨옵니다 :)  
* GB와 GiB를 혼동하며 생기는 수많은 문의와 질문을 회피하고자 GiB -> GB 변환시 생기는 차이를 모두 OS 크기로 합산시켰다고 합니다.  
* 설정에서 확인하는것이 아닌 서드파티 앱에서 확인해보면 시스템 크기는 엄청 줄어든다고 하네요

OS 용량이 큰 것보다 그게 더 문제로 보이네요. 그냥 GB를 GiB로 바꿔서 표기하면 될텐데. 공식 설정에서 용량을 부정확하게 표기하면..? du를 쳐봤는데 맘대로 용량 표기에 따른 차이를 커널 이미지 파일 용량에 더해서 보여준다고 생각해보면 사기에 가깝지 않나 싶은데 엔지니어링 조직에서는 아무런 반대가 없었나..?

256GB 사용자는 저장 용량 거의 25프로를 까먹고 사용하는군요..사용자로서 이슈 제기가 가능해 보이네요
