- 윈도우11에서만 실행되는 WSA를 윈도우10에서 실행되게 해주는 패치   
- icu.dll을 패치하고 WsaPatch.dll을 빌드하는 과정이 필요 => 빌드된 바이너리도 제공   
- NTFS 파티션에만 설치 가능
