- 2017년에 인수한 AltSpaceVR 과 Mixed Reality Tool Kit 팀 전체를 정리 해고  
  - AltSpaceVR은 3/10에 종료 예정  
- 현재 미국 정부와의 군사 계약을 유지하기 위해 고군분투 중인 HoloLens의 미래에 심각한 의문이 제기됨   
- MRTK(Mixed Reality Tool Kit)는 Unity VR 통합을 위해 만들어 졌으며, 메타의 헤드셋 및 HoloLens와 동작   
- AltSpaceVR의 후속은 Microsoft Mesh가 되겠지만, 얼마나 "메타버스"에 진지한 지는 두고봐야 할 듯
