열심히 해야한다는 거 말고, 어떻게 해야 잘 할 수 있느냐는 질문입니다.  
  
이 영상에서는 CPO가 되었을 때 주의해야할 사항을 다음과 같이 5개로 정리하면서 어떻게 해야 CPO로 살아남을 수 있는지 설명합니다.  
  
1. 비즈니스 팀의 언어로 말하지 않는 것  
2. 제품 전략에 시간을 쓰지 않는 것  
3. 성장을 위한 시스템과 팀원 정비를 하지 않는 것  
4. 최고경영팀이 가장 중요한 팀이라는 걸 잊어버리는 것  
5. 스킬셋에 맞는 적합한 위치에 있지 않은 것.  
  
듣다보면 약간 교과서적인 내용이라 지루한 느낌도 없잖아 있지만, 그래도 들어볼만 할 것 같습니다.
