가능하면 금요일에 배포하지 말고 ( 가능하면 주4일로 일하고)

그 시간에 데모와 회고,문서화,멘토링,20%시간,스테이징에서 작업하기,백로그 그루밍, 팀런치 에 쓰면 좋을 것 같다는 거.

기본적으로 어느 정도 규모 이상의 프로덕션 환경에서

금요일 배포는 꼭 필요한 경우 아니면 피해야 하는게 맞다고 봅니다.
