## Topic Body

- 기존 연동들에 영향을 주지 않고 GitHub API를 계속 향상 시킬수 있도록   
- X-GitHub-Api-Version 헤더를 통해서 "2025-12-25" 일자의 버전을 요청 가능   
- Breaking Changes에 대해서만 적용할 예정   
- 기존 API 사용자는 아무런 변동 없음. 현재의 버전은 "2022-11-28" 이며, 이걸 계속 요청 가능   
- REST API에만 반영, GraphQL / Webhook 에는 반영되지 않음
