- 월$8 서비스로 변경해서 오픈했다가 가짜 계정 문제로 잠시 중단   
- 새로 오픈한 이후부터는, 이름을 변경할 경우 트위터가 ToS에 맞는지 인증할 때까지 블루 마크를 잃게 됨   
- 또한 돈을 내지 않는 기존 블루 인증마크 계정들은 몇달 내에 인증마크가 모두 제거될 것
