아마 담당자가 엑셀 시트 작업할 때 뭔가 실수를 한듯 보입니다.  
실제로 performance로  sorting해서 그냥 기계적으로 하위 몇% 이렇게 정리해고 대상을 선정한다고 들었습니다. 그런데, 이와중에 핵심 엔지니어가 포함되기도 하는 경우가 있을 겁니다.
