- 6명의 팀이 각 비디오당 20개의 다른 버전 썸네일을 만들어 본다고  
- 비디오를 찍기 전부터 썸네일을 뭐로 할지 먼저 계획하며, 그리고 각 버전을 친한 친구들에게 보내서 어떤걸로 할지 결정   
- 비디오 CTR이 낮으면 썸네일을 교체. 보통 일주일 정도 기다림   
- 유튜브에서 했던 최고의 결정은 "오징어게임을 실제로 재창작해보려고 한 것" 이라고

한국에 있는 모 유튜버분도 비슷하게 하신다고 하더라고요. 비디오 올리고 5분 내로 원하는 클릭수 안나오면 바로 썸네일 바꾸고, 이거 반복한다고. 그래서 편집하시는 분들이 전화 자주와서 힘들다고ㅠ
