- 2020년 Rust로 개발시작  
- 처음 설정한 마일스톤상 1.0.0은 "실제 프로덕션 사용 가능 수준에 도달" 하는 것을 목표로 정의   
- `arti proxy` 로 사용   
- 일반 웹브라우저는 `arti`로 접속하도록 지시하는 것은 권장하지 않음. 비공개 웹 브라우징을 위해서는 Tor브라우저를 사용할 것
