협업이 잘 되는 1x 와 전혀 안되는 10x 로 논쟁중인 것 같네요. 10x 엔지니어가 선망의 대상이긴 하지만, 일의 대부분은 여러 사람이 긴 호흡으로 하기 때문에 많은 조직에서는 팀플레이어가 필요하지 않나 싶습니다. 프로젝트의 아웃풋은 코드나 서비스 형태로 나오겠지만, 그것이 나오기까지는 눈에 보이지 않는 여러 사람의 커뮤니케이션이 있으니까요. 10x 이면서 팀플레이어면 베스트겠죠.
