- 목표   
  - 데이터사이언스 및 BI 워크플로우를 위해서 컬럼지향 데이터로 Geospatial 포맷을 작성  
  - Geospatial 분야에 컬럼 지향 데이터 포멧을 소개   
  - BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift 같은 클라우드 데이터웨어하우스 와 연계 가능하도록   
  - GeoArrow와 병행 개발하여 Apache Arrow에서 Geospatial 데이터를 지원
