- 한 해커가 상하이 경찰(SHGA) DB에서 가져온 10억명의 개인정보를 10 비트코인(2.6억원)에 판매중   
- 샘플에는 이름, 주소, 출생지, 신분증번호(중국의 주민번호), 핸드폰번호, 사건 기록 등이 포함   
- 알리바바(Aliyun)의 프라이빗 클라우드 서버에서 가져온 것  
- WSJ에서 샘플데이터의 몇명에게 실제 전화걸어서 확인해보니 유출된 정보가 맞는 것으로 확인  
- Binance CEO인 CZ는 정부 시스템 개발자가 기술블로그에 쓴 글에서 실수로 Credential을 포함해서 그걸 통해 유출된 것으로 보인다고
