- 가명정보와 익명정보란? : 가명은 ‘가짜 이름’, 익명은 ‘이름을 숨김’  
  - 가명처리 : 주로 식별자 대체값을 생성. 랜덤값 생성, 해시값 생성, 암호화 기법 방식등을 사용  
  - 익명처리 : 식별자를 삭제하는 것이 원칙. 단, 부득이하게 식별자가 필요한 경우 적절하게 익명처리  
- 개인정보, 가명정보, 익명정보의 활용 범위
