흠.. 이게 가능할까? 싶은데요..   
일한 것에 대한 보상은 암호화폐로 받으면 익명은 가능할 듯 한데..  
회사가 보상을 준다는 것은 어떻게 보장하죠?

보통의 경우에 에스크로 컨트랙트에 지급할 암호화폐를 미리 예치하여 지급합니다.  
컨트랙트 코드가 제대로 작성되어 있다면 어느정도 보장이 되지요.  
  
지급 주체도 한 명이 결정하는 것이 아니라 다수의 서명자들이 동의하여 지급하게 됩니다.
