  - 급여와 혜택은 100% 예전 그대로   
  - 근무 시간은 예전의 80% (월~목 주4일)  
  - 생산성은 100% 예전 그대로 유지  
- 기본적인 업무 공간은 사무실이지만, 재택도 필요하면 가능  
- 생산성을 유지하기 위한 방법을 찾는 것은 전체 팀의 책임   
  - 불필요한 회의를 없애고, 집중을 도와주도록 Do Not Disturb 표지를 책상에 붙이고, 수동 관리 작업을 자동화 하는 등  
  - (주4일 근무라는) 보상이 너무 좋기 때문에 모두가 더 효율적으로 만드는 방법을 찾기 위해 열심히 노력 중  
- 고객 지원팀은 주5일동안 지원하기 위해 명확한 로테이션을 가지며, 기존 주말 및 위험 근무 수당 및 정책이 금요일까지 지원되도록 확대
