## Topic Body

- 아직 C로 되어있는 메인 Tor 구현체를 교체할 수준은 아니지만, 이게 미래라고 믿음   
- 고수준 API 는 "대부분 안정적" 이며, 다른 프로젝트에 시험적으로 임베드될 준비가 되었음   
  - 호환이 깨지지 않을거라는 보장은 없지만, 특별한 이유없이 고수준 API를 변경하지는 않을 것  
- 1.0.0 릴리즈는 9월로 예정
