- 사용자의 IP는 개인을 식별하는데 사용이 가능한데 Google Fonts 와 같은 서비스 사용시 구글에 IP주소가 공개됨

- 방문자는 자신의 IP주소를 암호화 할 의무(VPN 사용과 같은)가 없음

- 구글 폰트 사용은 웹사이트 방문자의 의도 없이 이루어지며, 이로써 개인 권리가 침해되므로 손해 배상 청구는 정당하다고 판결

구글의 독어 번역 기능으로 읽어 봤는데, 대충 읽어봐도 이거는 좀 문제가 있는 판결이 아닌가 한게..

이렇게 생각하면 CDN에서 호스팅해주는 JS 라이브러리들도 다 쓰지 말아야 하는거 아닐까 싶네요.
