웹에서는 JustWatch https://www.justwatch.com/ 가 이 정보를 다 보여주는 사이트로 유명합니다.

네이버/구글플레이/웨이브/왓챠 등까지 지원해서 더 좋기는 한데요.

JustWatch 도 API가 있긴 하지만, 별도로 문의해서 파트너가 되어야 열어줍니다.

한국에도 OTT가 꽤 여럿 있다보니..

이거만 API로 묶어서 JustWatch / Movie of the Night 쪽에 제공하는 비즈니스도 괜찮을거 같다는 생각이 드네요.
