(1) 더 자주 공유하되 (Always Sharing)

ㅤ1) 대화에 '1:1 메시지' 대신 '공개 채널' 사용

ㅤ2) 문서 작성 시 기본적으로 공유된 문서로 작성

ㅤ3) 공개 대화와 공유 문서에 대한 리액션

(2) 방해를 줄이고, (With Less Distraction)

ㅤ1) 메시지는 최대한 완결된 단위로 작성

ㅤ2) 멘션(mention, @)의 적절한 사용

ㅤ3) 쓰레드(Thread)의 적절한 사용

ㅤ4) 답변은 가능한 빨리

ㅤ5) 업무 관련 일정 통보도 가능한 빨리

(3) 비언어 커뮤니케이션을 고려하는 것 (and Considering the Non-language Communication)

ㅤ1) 하나의 주제로 메시지가 3번 이상 오간다면, 통화를 시작하기

ㅤ2) 통화 시 특별한 이유가 없다면 반드시 얼굴을 보여주기
