- TUI/콘솔 앱에서 Telemetry에 대해서 쉽게 Opt-Out 할 수 있도록 하는 표준 제안

- Gatsby, Homebrew, Syncthing, Google Cloud CLI, AWS Serverless CLI, Azure CLI 등은 모두 다른 설정값을 통해서 Telemetry를 끌 수 있음

- "export DO_NOT_TRACK=1" 표준 환경 변수를 통해서 모든 추적/리포팅/자동업데이트를 끌 수 있도록 하자는 것

- netdata 와 tilt 는 수용했고, homebrew,gatsby 등에는 PR 보낸 상태
