- 시맨틱 버전(SemVer)은 이해하기 쉬운 개념이지만 수동으로 버저닝하는 일은 그동안 무슨 변화가 있었는지 알아야 되기 때문에 쉽지 않음

- 컨벤셔널 커밋을 통해 시맨틱버저닝과 CHANGELOG를 자동화하자 => 시맨틱 릴리즈 탄생

- GitHub Action을 통해 언어 상관없이 적용 쉽게 가능
