ㅤ→ Freenode가 2017년 PIA에 팔리면서 운영에는 영향을 주지 않겠다고 했는데, 이번에 구조가 바뀌면서 운영통제권을 가져간다고 얘기됨

ㅤ→ 이에 반발하는 스탭들이 옮겨서 새로 만든 플랫폼

- 법적인 HQ는 스웨덴의 비영리 단체이며, 모든 직원이 동일한 지분을 보유. 절대 기업의 통제를 받지 않을 것

- Freenode 의 데이터는 앞으로 누군지 모르는 사람이 데이터를 이용하게 될 수 있다는 경고와 함께 동참을 권유
