## Topic Body

비디오 코덱과 전송 프로토콜을 공동으로 제어해서 불안정한 네트워크 환경에 더 잘 대처함.

Skype,Facetime,WebRTC 는 코덱과 프로토콜을 별도로 제어하므로 상대적으로 불안정.

테스트 결과 Salsify 가 딜레이는 4.6배 줄고, SSIM (구조적 유사도 지수)  60% 개선.

아직은 논문+리눅스 온리 수준의 구현이라, 소리는 처리하지 않음
