- GitHub의 공식 DMCA Repo에 누군가가 GitHub CEO 이름으로 GitHub의 소스코드를 업로드

ㅤ→ 오픈소스의 핵심이지만 GitHub 자체는 오픈소스가 아닌 것으로 오랫동안 비판 받아왔음

- 현재는 해당 커밋과 Wayback Machine의 저장본까지 모두 삭제된 상태

- GitHub CEO가 직접 HN의 이 뉴스 댓글에 상황을 설명

ㅤ→ 몇달전에 GitHub Enterprise Server 소스코드가 실수로 일부 고객에게 전송되었음

ㅤ→ github.com 과 코드를 공유함. GitHub 의 대부분 코드는 Ruby

ㅤ→ 서명되지 않은 커밋은 꼭 확인하시고, repo impersonation 은 곧 더 잘 알아볼수 있게 변경할 예정

ㅤ→ 현재는 모든 것이 정상임
