## Topic Body

Landlink는 LoRa 기술을 사용해서 저전력으로 메시지를 보내는 프로젝트 입니다. 지금은 칩 설계상 200b 제한으로 텍스트 메시지만 보낼 수 있습니다. 인터넷이나 다른 인프라 없이 자체적으로 통신을 보낼 수 있다는 점에서 재난 상황이나 통신이 제한된 상황에서 유용하게 사용 가능합니다.  
  
이 프로젝트는 meshtastic과도 호환됩니다. meshtastic에서 보내는 메시지를 수신, 송신이 가능하며 landlink 설정에서 meshtastic 호환성을 켜주면 바로 사용 가능합니다. 한국에는 잘 안 알려진 프로젝트이지만 유럽이나 미국에서는 이미 널리 사용되고 있고 중계기까지 설치되어 있어 실질적인 통신이 가능합니다. Mesh 네트워크를 구성해서 여러 디바이스를 거쳐 메시지가 전파되는 원리로 먼 거리까지 통신이 가능합니다.  
  
현재 프로젝트는 텍스트 메시지만 보낼 수 있습니다. 향후 HaLow를 사용해서 적어도 두 노드간 가시거리에서 1km 이상 통신을 지원하고 이를 Mesh 네트워크로 구성한다면 멀리 떨어진 곳에서도 영상 스트림을 수신할 정도로 높은 대역폭을 제공 가능합니다.
