## Topic Body

- 기존 최대 4OCPU + 24GB 메모리에서 최대 2OCPU + 12GB 메모리로 축소.  
- 해당 기준 적용 이후 초과된 사용량에 대해서는 표준 요금 부과 또는 사용을 강제로 중지.

- 단, AMD EPYC 기반 인스턴스(최대 1 OCPU + 1GB 메모리)는 이번 축소 대상에서 제외.
