내가 작성한 Claude Code, Codex의 스킬이 적절하게 작동하는지, 원하는대로 작동하는지, 불필요하게 만든 것이 아닌지 테스트할 수 있는 방법이 최근에 [토스 기술 블로그](https://toss.tech/article/skill-quality-rubric)에 올라왔는데요  
이 방식에 대해서 과연 내가 만든 스킬이 적절한지 궁금해서 해당 글을 기반으로 프로젝트를 만들어보았습니다
