- 아마존은 44.192.0.0/10 의 400만개 IPv4주소 하나당 $27를 지불 = $108M(1억8백만달러, 약 1230억원)

- 2019년에 판매가 되었지만 NDA에 따라서 비공개 였다가 이번에 공개 됨

하... 어서 빨리 IPv6로 넘어가야 될껀데 말이죠...

아직도 IPv4를 사용해야되다보니... 어쩔 수 없는 일이군요..

작년에 이 사실이 공개되었는데, 명확한 금액이 공개 안되다가 이번에 공개되었네요

위 RIPE 글의 댓글에 보시면, 작년 10월에 IP경매 사이트에서 보면 가격이 약 $20 이었는데, 요즘은 $25까지 올라갔습니다.

어찌보면 아마존이 4백만개를 블록딜 하면서 프리미엄을 좀 주고 구입한 셈이 되겠네요.

아마존은 MIT, GE 로 부터도 IP주소를 구입한 바 있습니다.
