Qt는 최근 자동차 회사들(테슬라, 푸조, 메르세데스벤츠)과 스마트TV(LG WebOS, Sky TV) 에 널리 쓰이고 있으며, 상장까지 된 회사

Qt 6에서의 변경점:

- Windows ARM과 MacOS ARM 타깃 추가

-  Windows 7,8 지원 중지

- Apple WatchOS, tvOS 지원 중지 (iOS는 계속 지원)

 - 기본 빌드 시스템을 qmake 에서 cmake로 이전

- C++ 최소 지원 버전을 C++ 11에서 C++ 17로 업그레이드

- QML에 강타입 지원, QML을 C++로 컴파일 지원

- Vulkan, Direct3D, Metal API를 모두 지원
