- 상담원과 통화가 연결 되면 잠시만 기다리라고 음성 전송하고 소리/진동/알림 으로 본인에게 알려줌

- Google Duplex 기술로 대기음악/반복 음성메시지 등을 구분

- Hold중엔 자동으로 음소거 되고, 전화상에서 들리는 메시지를 구글이 캡션으로 표시해 줌

- 모든 음성인식은 서버 전송없이 로컬에서 처리

- 최신 Pixel 5/4a(5G) 폰 부터 사용 가능

미국에서는 상담원 대기가 30분이면 그날은 운좋은거니 매우 유용하겠네요.

상담원 연결 대기가 오래 걸리면 스피커폰으로 해두고 딴일 하기도 했는데 좋군요.

Google Duplex 처음에 나올땐 전화 AI라고 해서 그냥 전화를 대신 걸어준다/받아준다 느낌 이었는데 다양하게 활용하네요.
