국가별로 매년 경매 입찰을 통해서 상위 3개의 검색엔진을 가리고,

3개+구글을 안드로이드 초기설정시에 랜덤하게 보여주고 선택하게 함.

각 국가별로는 최소 입찰가가 정해져 있음.

사용자가 검색엔진을 선택하면,

홈스크린 검색엔진 과 크롬이 설치된 경우 크롬의 검색엔진 이 지정되고,

검색엔진 자체의 검색 앱이 설치됨.
