1) 사용자에게 말하는 것처럼

ㅤ$50 was sent to Max → You sent $50 to Max

2) 대화형 요소들은 동사로 시작

ㅤThe Plans → Choose your plan

3) 사용자의 우려를 방지

ㅤYou won't be charged until your trial ends

4) 친숙한 용어 사용

ㅤAn error occurred → Something went wrong

5) 능동태 사용이 기본

ㅤA comment was made by Sophie → Sophie made a comment

6) 유용한 에러 메시지 보이기

ㅤLog in failure → We couldn't find an account with that email. Try again or Recover password

7) 반복하기 : 계속 테스트하며 수정할 것

일반적인/쉬운 영어로 글쓰는 방법 https://news.hada.io/topic?id=2716 와도 겹치는 내용이 많네요.

 → 문장은 짧게, 능동형으로, You와 We사용, 독자에게 맞는 단어 선택, 지시하는걸 두려워하지 말 것

다만 6번의 경우는 예제가 약간 문제가 있을 수도 있는게

그 이메일 주소로 가입된 계정이 없다는 것을 알려주는 것 자체도 보안 이슈가 있을 수 있습니다.

저 경우는 "계정 오류입니다. 다른 이메일 주소 또는 암호 찾기를 해보세요" 정도로 뭉뚱그리는게 맞을거 같아요.
