제가 겪은 많은 경우 oncall schedule을 manual하게 관리하는것을 보았어요, 그러다 보니 실제 정해진 시간에 딱 맞춰서 다음사람에게 넘기는것도 일이고, 또한 내가 언제 다음 온콜인지를 알지못해서 휴가 등으로 겹쳐서 혼선이 오는 경우도 많이 보았습니다!  
  
제가 다녔던 몇몇 회사에서 도입을 해보았고 내부 만족도가 매우 좋았습니다!! 혹 비슷한 경험이 있으신분들은 한번 도입 시도해봐주시면 감사하겠습니다!
