- IPv6의 연결셋업은 IPv4에 비해 1.4배 빠름 : NAT 사용이 줄고, 라우팅이 개선되기 때문

- HTTP/2 는 HTTP/1.1에 비해 1.8배 빠름

ㅤ→ macOS11 과 iOS14 에선 HTTP/3, e-DNS, DNS-over-HTTPS & TLS 지원 예정

- TLS 1.3은 TLS 1.2에 비해서 1.3배 빠름

- Multipath TCP 사용시 스트리밍 멈춤 현상이 13% 감소하고, 멈추는 시간도 22% 감소

* IPv6 와 HTTP/2 사용은 URLSession , Network.framework 같은 최신버전의 표준 네트워킹 API를 사용하면 자동으로 적용

HTTP/3 는 아직 표준이 확정이 안난걸로 알고있는데 macOS 11에 들어온다니 머릿속에 물음표를 띄우게 되네요

사실상 확정이라고 봐도 상관없죠. 사파리 빼고 다른 브라우저들은 지원한지 반년이 넘었고, 이미 적지않은 메이저 웹사이트들이 http3 지원하고 있으니깐요.
