9월 15일전까지는 대화를 마무리 할 것이고, 그 기간중 미국 대통령/정부와도 얘기를 계속하겠다고.

틱톡의 미국,캐나다,호주,뉴질랜드 서비스를 인수하는 것이며, MS는 다른 미국 투자자도 같이 초대할수 있다는 입장
