- 예전 SDK로 빌드한 경우 메이저 10 에 마이너 16 응답

- macOS 11 SDK로 빌드하면 메이저 11에 마이너 0 응답

- 쉘스크립트 등에선 SYSTEM_VERSION_COMPAT = 1 일 경우 10.16 으로 나오고, 이 변수가 없거나 0 일 경우 11.0 으로 리턴
