## Topic Body

- iOS,Android,Web 모든 클라이언트의 명칭을 변경

- 원래 개발사 이름인 New Vector 도 Element 로 변경

- Matrix 서버 호스팅 서비스였던 Modular 도 Element Matrix Services 로 변경

- 차후에 나올 P2P Matrix 까지 모두 커버할 이름으로 선정
