(저는 매니저로 일하고 있지만)

- Technical Career를 어느 정도 걷다보면 모두가 매니저가 되어야하는 한국 커리어 구조

- 반대로 전문적으로 매니저를 하는 인력도 부족

- Technical Leading과 Management는 다른데 국내는 이를 통합하는 느낌.
