- 3주만에 메이저 버전업

- 환경에 비 종속적으로 실행되도록 변경중

ㅤ→ Node 종속 코드를 제거

ㅤ→ 이미 제거된 puppeteer-web (브라우저 안에서 퍼펫티어를 사용케 하는 모듈) 기능을 다시 구현하기 위해서 필요한 선행 작업

- 패키지의 /DeviceDescriptors /Errors 탑레벨 파일을 제거하고 .devices 와 .errors 로 스왑
