## Topic Body

- 메인브랜치와 분리된 별도의 Repo

- 아직 QUIC 표준이 확정되지 않았고, 현재 초안의 일부에 대해서만 구현

- 연동테스트를 위한 실험 버전

- 기존에 Cloudflare가 Quiche 프로젝트에서 제공한 nginx 패치와는 다른 별도 구현체임
